These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Legacy Rhythm Enterprises LLC, including digital products, mobile wellness services, and steam sessions.

By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• All services must be booked in advance through approved booking channels.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Remaining balances are due on or before the day of service.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital platforms.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in loss of deposit.
• Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
• Emergency situations will be handled at our discretion.

3. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, sensitivities, or concerns prior to service.
• Services are voluntary and participation is at your own discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe.

For cannabis-related services (where applicable):

• Participants must be 21+
• No outside substances or alcohol before or during sessions

4. Client Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own well-being during and after services.
• You agree to follow all provided guidance and instructions.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.
• Harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Confidentiality

• All personal and session-related information is kept private.
• Information will only be disclosed if required by law.

7. Liability

• Legacy Rhythm Enterprises LLC is not liable for injuries, reactions, or outcomes resulting from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
• By engaging in services, you accept full responsibility for your participation.

8. Digital Products

• All digital products (including books) are non-refundable.
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing is prohibited.

9. Age Requirements

• You must be 18+ for general services
• 21+ for cannabis-related services (where applicable)
• Valid ID may be required

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
